Gina Wong is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a board certification in orthopedics, specializing in musculoskeletal and neuromuscular dysfunction. Her practice focuses on collaborative, individualized treatment plans based off of each patient's goals and priorities. She utilizes hands-on movement analysis to assess the entire patient, rather than just the painful or troublesome body part. Her goal is to empower patients with education and understanding of what they can do to heal and maximize their potential for return to the activities that matter to them most.
Gina received her BSA in Biology from the University of Georgia and her DPT from Mercer University. She is a graduate of Kaiser Permanente's Orthopaedic Residency and completed additional post-doctoral training through a Fellowship in Spine Rehabilitation. In addition, she is certified in Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School (BSPTS) Schroth, C1. She has a particular interest and expertise in orthopedic dysfunctions, pregnancy related pain/dysfunction, pelvic pain, and spine care across the lifespan.
Gina employs various manual and neuromuscular approaches, such as manual manipulation, myofascial release, and developmental kinesiology (DNS, dynamic neuromuscular stabilization) to name a few. She is continually working to refine her work through study and practice to further serve her patients. Our Team
